"Tourist center for all" specializing in organizing tours, reception and tourist services for disabled and elderly people.

Key functions include the DMO (destination management organization) supported by an advanced web-based spatial information system and with the added value of citizen participation 'solidarity operators.

The aim is to unveil the potential of the destination "Campania" to tourists, taking action to ensure that their experience is satisfactory. The info point, manned mainly by volunteers and disabled people, will have the opportunity to take advantage of the entire geo-referenced spatial database collected from years of monitoring.

Among the services we offer we can indicate :

1. reception, listening to special needs requests and desired
2. Information and promotions on existing offerings
3. Description and sale of services to the support of travel (tickets, reservation, etc.)
4. Distribution of promotional materials ( benefits-vouchers, city cards, vouchers, etc.)
5. Researching and processing new sites and services, and populating databases
6. liaison with resident citizens
7. organization of customized accessible itineraries
8. accompaniment with accessible minibuses and cars
9. Provision of equipment to facilitate the mobility of the motor disabled
10. training or consulting entrepreneurs on issues of accessible tourism and the removal of architectural barriers in business premises in general and in tourism businesses in particular.
